Refund & Exchange Policy

All pieces sold on ertelt.xyz are made to order and produced individually after purchase.
For this reason, refunds and cancellations are not accepted.

Exchanges

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or an incorrect size, we offer an exchange for a new piece.

Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original condition. Proof of purchase is required.

How to Request an Exchange

Please contact info@rltcollection.de with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will provide further instructions.

Shipping

For defects or sizing errors on our side, we cover return and replacement shipping.
If incorrect sizing information was provided at checkout, return shipping may be the responsibility of the customer.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
